Shipping Information
Delivery Time
Generally, shipping will take between one to three weeks depending upon factors that include the time of year and the distance from the warehouse to your shipping point. Many of our deliveries are made within the span of two weeks for the order date.
Large Item Delivery
Most of our storage shed kits are too heavy to ship via package carriers such as UPS. Contracted freight companies deliver this merchandise. These companies will call the consumer when merchandise arrives at their terminal to set up an appropriate delivery time. Please be aware that these companies provide "on the ground" delivery to any site that can reasonably be reached by a delivery truck. The carrier is not responsible for bringing merchandise into your home, uncrating, installing or removing packing materials. If consumer needs to make special delivery arrangements, please contact the customer service team at StorageShedsOutlet and we will work with you and the shipping company towards accommodating your special needs. Additional charges may be incurred by customers (by mutual agreement only) for special delivery arrangements.
Do you ship outside the continental United States?
We will ship to Canada, but these orders must be called in to the StorageShedsOutlet customer service team (Canadian orders can not be placed directly into our website). Due to customs fees and increased shipping expenses, there will be additional costs to ship items to Canada. We have also shipped our sheds to places as far afield as Hawaii and the Bahamas. In such instances, the customer had us deliver the shed to a container that they were filling up with various goods that they were shippin across the ocean.
