Delivery Time

Generally, customers can expect orders to arrive within 1 to 3 weeks from the time the order is placed. There are times, such as during the holiday season, when delivery times can be longer due to reasons beyond our control, but such circumstances have proven to be rare. Customers living in rural areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.

Large Item Delivery

Most of our storage shed kits are too heavy to ship via package carriers such as UPS. Contracted freight companies deliver this merchandise. These companies will call the consumer when merchandise arrives at their terminal to set up an appropriate delivery time. Some carriers will set a specific delivery time and others will only specify the delivery day and will deliver the merchandise on that day during business hours. Please be aware that these companies provide tailgate delivery. Upon delivery the driver is required to take product to the rear of the truck only. The driver is not required to unload to the curb. The carrier is not responsible for bringing merchandise into your home, uncrating, installing or removing packing materials. If consumer needs to make special delivery arrangements, it will be their responsibility to make those arrangements with the carrier when they call. Additional charges may be incurred by customers for special delivery arrangements.

Due to the cost of shipping large products and the problems encountered with customs, etc., we do not ship outside the 48 contiguous United States
